Spring Break Training

During the week of March 11th, many Miami University students migrated south to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Seven members of our team made the same trip, but it was not all fun and games for them. They headed to Bennett’s ski school in Louisiana where they had the opportunity to practice jumping, tricking, and slaloming while receiving world class coaching to begin training for next season, and a hopeful repeat appearance at nationals. They experienced great skiing conditions and weather throughout the week, and a few experienced jumping and tricking for the first time and others broke their PBs. It wasn’t all work and no play, though. They also had a great time bonding with the Ohio State and Marquette teams as well.
